Turn Around Time
All items are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. Most items will be ready in 3-5 business days. Some items may take up to ten, depending on customization and inventory.
Shipping
- Orders over $100 will receive FREE Shipping!
- All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is typically within 3-5 business days after the order ships.
- If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via email info@ydiscoveryroom.com.
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries) MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
- All orders must select Shipping as the delivery method.
Local Pick-up and Delivery
I can meet in Gays, Windsor, Sullivan, Mattoon, or Charleston, Illinois, or possibly close surrounding area depending on my schedule. I will message you directly to setup time and location.
